PRESCHOOL MINISTRY TEAM

Center Christian Church Preschool exists to promote Christian foundations as we ready three/four/five year olds for further education. Our three/four year old class meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. Our A.M. four/five class meets from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. Monday/Wednesday/Friday while our P.M. four/five class meets from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. on Monday/Wednesday/ Friday. Each class can have a maximum number of twelve children. Each class is staffed with one teacher and one assistant. Our day consists of fine motor activities (play dough, pegs/beads, puzzles, etc...) crafts (directed and open-ended), music, large motor based playtime, and of course, Bible. We take our four/five classes on several field trips throughout the school year and welcome various professionals to all of our classes to share as well. We put on a Christmas program for the entire preschool and congregation in December and a final closing program in May as well. Our families are guests of the congregation on a Sunday morning in April each year as well.

Our staff includes Natasha Orme, Director/Teacher. The 2010-11 school year will be her eleventh year with the preschool.
Our assistants include Andrea Arnold, Four/Five Assistant and Stephanie VanNatta, Three/Four Assistant.

Visit our classroom to share about your occupation
Volunteer as a substitute teaching assistant
Prepare an annual Preschool Ministry Team budget in cooperation with the preschool staff
